    1. Acceptance

    By using plotwrite.ink you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    2. What plotwrite.ink Provides

    An AI-assisted writing platform for web serial and fiction authors. We provide the tools; you provide the creativity and API keys.

    3. Your Content

    You own 100% of everything you write on plotwrite.ink. We claim no rights over your story content, characters, world-building, or any other creative work. Ever.

    4. Your API Keys

    You are responsible for your own API keys and any costs incurred with your AI provider. We store your key encrypted and use it only to fulfill your explicit requests within the app. We never share your keys with any third party.

    5. Acceptable Use

    Do not use plotwrite.ink to generate:

    • •Content that sexualizes minors
    • •Targeted harassment or hate speech
    • •Content designed to deceive or defraud

    Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.

    6. Subscription and Billing

    • •7-day free trial, no credit card required
    • •Billed monthly or annually via Razorpay
    • •Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel
    • •Cancel anytime on the Pricing page in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for
    • •The founding-author offer is one payment for one year of Architect and does not renew
    • •AI usage is not included; you pay your AI provider directly
    • •No refunds for partial months
    • •Annual plans: no refund after 14 days

    7. Data and Privacy

    8. Service Availability

    We aim for 99.5% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or data loss, though we work hard to prevent both. We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

    9. Termination

    You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete my account, or by emailing support@plotwrite.ink. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    plotwrite.ink is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
